The album includes a selection of songs from two of her solo albums вЂ“ 1984вЂ™s Christine McVie and 2004вЂ™s In the Meantime вЂ“ plus two previously unreleased studio recordings. McVie says the songs, with a string orchestra, вЂњsound completely different.вЂќ Other songs are culled from various aspects of her career, including her solo work. The title track of the 2022 release originally appeared on MacвЂ™s 1977 Rumours album. McVieвЂs last studio effort was 2017вЂ™s collaboration with Lindsey Buckingham.
